Last Updated: October 16, 2025

Introduction

Welcome to PyGen & Co., a student-led yet professionally-driven innovation company.
This document serves as the official and centralized code of conduct for everyone associated with any division, platform, or project operating under the PyGen name.

The current primary divisions of PyGen & Co. include:

PyGen Labs
Researching, building, and innovating for the benefit of all humanity.
PyGen Labs is the innovation hub of PyGen & Co., dedicated to creating advanced solutions that address real-world challenges and support human progress.

PyGen Micro SaaS Factory (MSF)
Instant, personalized web applications for every business.
PyGen Micro SaaS Factory transforms B2B technology by enabling instant deployment of customizable, ready-to-use web applications. It focuses on making innovation affordable, accessible, and scalable for businesses of all sizes.

In the future, any new division, product, or service introduced under the PyGen umbrella will also follow this same code of conduct and ethical framework.

Authority and Administrative Rights

Ameer Hamza Khan, the Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PyGen & Co., holds full and exclusive administrative rights over all PyGen divisions, including PyGen Labs, PyGen Micro SaaS Factory, and any other future division, product, or service launched under the PyGen brand.

He has the authority to assign, reassign, or remove any individual from specific roles, projects, or responsibilities across any PyGen division or tool.

In situations where a member is removed or replaced, the decision will always be made with clear reasoning and professional communication, ensuring transparency and fairness.
This is intended to maintain discipline, protect project quality, and ensure that every contributor understands the purpose behind such actions.

All project leads, contributors, and team members must acknowledge that the final administrative decisions rest with Ameer Hamza Khan, guided by PyGen’s principles of ethics, respect, and fairness.

1. Communication and Responsiveness

All members must respond to task-related messages, discussions, or meeting updates within twenty-four hours, unless a valid reason is shared in advance.

Extended silence or unresponsiveness will result in review and possible reassignment or removal.

If you are busy with exams, family matters, or personal priorities, you are expected to inform your project lead or admin and share your expected return timeline.

PyGen does not expect constant presence, but active, clear, and respectful communication is a non-negotiable responsibility.

2. Equal Participation and Contribution

Every member is expected to contribute meaningfully to their assigned responsibilities.

Do not attach your name to a project if you do not plan to work on it. Avoid overpromising and disappearing.

PyGen values teamwork and shared effort. No member should be left handling an entire project alone.

Effort and sincerity matter more than perfection. Honest communication and visible progress are valued more than silence.

Participation and engagement directly affect recognition, leadership eligibility, and advancement within the company.

3. Ethical Conduct and Respect

All internal and external communications must remain professional and respectful.

No mocking, teasing, or dismissive behavior will be accepted.

Personal opinions, including those about religion, culture, or politics, must be expressed with utmost courtesy and awareness, especially in diverse groups.

Internal chats, recordings, or documents are private and must not be shared or leaked outside the team without permission.

4. Responsibility and Task Ownership

Once a task is assigned, the member is accountable for its progress and timely completion.

If the task becomes impossible to complete due to unforeseen reasons, inform your lead or admin as early as possible.

Delays or inactivity without updates may result in reassignment.

Seeking help or guidance is always encouraged. PyGen functions as a team, not as individuals working in isolation.

5. Meetings and Announcements

All official meetings, whether virtual or in person, must be taken seriously and attended punctually.

If you cannot attend, inform in advance or review the shared notes later.

Every team announcement must be acknowledged by replying or reacting to confirm that you have read and understood it.

Work-related chats should remain focused. Use personal or informal spaces for unrelated discussions.

6. Learning and Skill Development

PyGen is built upon a learning-first philosophy. Beginners and learners are always welcome, provided they show sincerity and commitment.

Team members are encouraged to ask questions, seek help, and assist others. Collective growth is the foundation of PyGen’s culture.

Sharing useful resources, tutorials, and learnings is a sign of leadership. Those who support others in learning will be prioritized for core or leadership roles in the future.

7. Confidentiality and Integrity

All project ideas, codebases, and data are confidential and must be protected with care.

Sharing internal materials outside the team without permission is a violation of PyGen’s trust policy.

Plagiarism or uncredited copying is strictly forbidden. Every contribution should reflect honesty and originality, following both Islamic and professional ethics.

Any breach of confidentiality may result in permanent removal and exclusion from all PyGen platforms and projects.

8. Stepping Back or Leaving the Team

If you wish to pause or discontinue your involvement, inform your lead or admin respectfully.

Avoid disappearing or staying inactive without updates.

Taking a break is allowed and respected, provided it is communicated clearly.

Members who leave gracefully will always be remembered positively and are welcome to return in the future.

9. Professional Behavior in Public and Client Work

Every interaction with clients, partners, or the public must reflect professionalism and courtesy.

Members must not speak on behalf of PyGen without prior authorization.

All external communication, including emails, social media messages, or press content, should use official templates or be approved by the admin team.

Any public content representing PyGen must go through review to ensure accuracy and consistency.

10. Feedback, Complaints, and Suggestions

If you experience unfair treatment, miscommunication, or have suggestions for improvement, you are encouraged to speak directly with your team lead or the admin.

Feedback, whether confidential or open, is always welcome and taken seriously.

PyGen believes in transparency, not hierarchy. Every voice has value.

11. Future Updates and Continuous Growth

As PyGen expands, this document will also evolve. Updated versions will always be announced in the official communication channels.

The latest version of this code of conduct and team policy will be available on the official documentation site: rules.pygen.in
